• Fair Market Evaluations For a Home Sale (NOT just a Zillow estimate)
• For rental property that may be part of marital assets.
• Pre-sale evaluation of property condition.
• Refer to a Certified Divorce Lending Expert to evaluate whether home can be refinanced. The “In-house” spouse may be able to buy out the spouse that has left the marital home.
• Expert Witness Testimony for Court
• Preparation for the sale of marital property.
• Referrals to divorce coaches, therapists and financial guidance for pre and after divorce.
